Except British Columbia, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and remote rural areas. Please e-mail us for a quote. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days. All returned items must be new & unused in the original state with all tickets/tags attached and deemed by Ice N Go Inc. to be in an unworn/undamaged condition prior to be accepted for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be shipped back to Ice N Go Inc., with shipping fees assured by customer. See exceptions and exclusions listed below: Online purchases cannot be returned without a receipt or proof of purchase. Damage to home delivered products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email.

The following items are excluded from this refund policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange:

Used, worn or damaged liners and out of the original packaging. We do not allow returns of unrolled poly-liners or hammered and/or drilled brackets.

Returns will only be credited back to the original tender type (debit transactions will be returned as cash). All returned parts that have been ordered from our Parts and Service department will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
